Build a free landscaping website for your real work

This page says what Onelios builds for a landscaping business, what it will not do, what it costs next to other landscaping website builders, and when your site needs to be ready. Everything on it is free right now, with no card. You see the whole site before you make an account.

Onelios is a free AI website builder for landscaping businesses: it drafts a website for you to review and publish, shows your own job photos, accepts appointment requests against saved hours, keeps quote requests in one inbox, and publishes customer-written reviews.

Researched by the Onelios team at KCF LLC (about us) from the primary sources listed at the end of this page. Checked .

An example landscaping website in Wellington, New Zealand, built by Onelios: the business name, a call button, the headline “Wellington Gardens Shaped With Care” written by the AI, and buttons to call or ask for a quote. The same landscaping website on a phone: the name, the headline, and the call and quote buttons stacked.
Built by Onelios on September 12, 2026, from three answers — a landscaping business in Wellington, the city typed in by us. The AI wrote the headline and the line under it. It is an example we made to photograph, not a customer.

What Onelios does for you

  • Your website: Enter your business name, trade and city. Add an optional website brief with your services, customers and tone. The AI drafts wording for you to review before publishing; generation time varies.
  • Your photos: Add photos straight off your phone and a gallery appears. Until you add one there is no gallery: Onelios never fills it with pictures of somebody else's yard.
  • Booking: Customers request a start time from your saved days, hours, days off and time zone. The slot is held, then you confirm the arrangement. Without saved availability, the site directs visitors to the quote form.
  • One inbox: Quote and appointment requests are saved in one inbox, marked New, Contacted, Won or Lost. Email notification is attempted and may fail or arrive late, so check the inbox. Contact buttons open your own calling, messaging or email app.
  • Reviews: Choose a customer after completed work and send a review invitation. Check the send result; the customer writes their own review through a private one-time link. Submitted reviews publish on your site.
  • Monday email: One email a week: what came in, what to do next, and a plain line about what it cannot see. Phone calls and texts never pass through Onelios, so they are not in the numbers.

What goes on a landscaping website?

Your business name and an optional call button, a headline about your work and your city, your services with a line about each, a quote form, and appointment requests once you save availability. A photo gallery and a reviews section appear only once you have added photos and collected reviews — Onelios will not fill them with yards that are not yours.

Landscaping starts from a ready-made list — lawn care, garden design, hardscaping (patios, paths and walls), irrigation, tree and hedge work, seasonal cleanups — and you keep the ones you actually do. The AI writes your headline and your service lines from what you typed. Use the optional brief to name the services you actually offer, or ask for a revision such as “we do not do tree removal”. Review the changed draft before publishing.

The AI is instructed not to invent prices, qualifications, years in business or reviews, but it can still make mistakes. Check each claim against your actual business. Name your areas the way people say them, not a county-wide claim nobody believes. A page for one of them is a title typed and a page published.

How do customers book, and what reaches me?

Customers request a time from your saved availability and leave their name and a phone number or email. The request holds that start time and is saved in your inbox; it is not automatically confirmed. Onelios attempts an email notification, but a missing or delayed email does not mean the request was lost. It sends no texts.

Once a requested start is held, another customer submitting that same start is asked to choose again. This does not detect overlapping jobs, travel time or appointments in an outside calendar. Keep the shared appointment length consistent after requests arrive; changing it does not protect every overlapping interval. The next two weeks exclude past starts and your saved days off. If no hours are saved, customers use the quote form.

Use the inbox to check the job, location, duration and other commitments before confirming. A verified owner can select Confirm the time by email for a customer who supplied an email address; inspect the result before assuming it was sent. For a phone-only customer, contact them yourself. There are no automatic reminders or self-service cancellation controls.

What photos should a landscaping website have?

Work like the work you want next, in yards like your customers' yards. A townhouse courtyard does not sell the job to somebody standing on a long wet sloping lawn, however good it is. Before-and-after pairs do the most, because the change is the thing being bought.

The before shot is the one everyone forgets. Take it before you unload the truck, from a spot you can stand in again when you are finished. If you want more driveways, the driveway photos go first.

Upload photos from your phone as JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each. Your gallery shows your twenty-four most recent; add a twenty-fifth and the oldest drops off the page. Captions earn their place: “backyard, three days, new lawn and a stone path” tells a reader more than a perfect picture with no words.

Can it help with recurring maintenance and the quiet season?

Through the customers you already have, yes. The limit first: booking takes one appointment at a time with no repeating weekly slot, so the recurring schedule itself stays on your calendar. But everyone who booked or asked for a quote is kept in one list, and the email offering upkeep or a seasonal job is drafted for you and sent only when you press send.

The season is on record. The United States Bureau of Labor Statistics' monthly count of landscaping services employees, before seasonal adjustment, rose by 31% to 40% from its winter low, in January or February, to its June or July peak in each year from 2023 to 2026. In 2025 it ran from 756,000 in January to 1,014,200 in July; in 2026, from 776,400 in February to a preliminary 1,018,500 in July. In every one of those years the biggest monthly rise was March into April. Anything meant to catch that jump has to exist before it, which puts the building of it in your quiet weeks. Those are United States figures because that is where the count is published; if your spring falls in October, shift the months.

A page for the season you are selling next — leaf removal, spring cleanup, winter hedge work — is a title typed and a page published. For email, choose all eligible email contacts, customers marked Won, or open inquiries. Onelios does not select recipients by the landscaping service they used, so check that the message suits your chosen group before sending. Ask about upkeep on the day you finish, while the customer is standing in the result; a month later it is a cold call. And grow the route nearest the work you already do — ten yards on one street pay better than ten across a county, because drive time is charged to nobody. That last part is our reasoning, not a published figure.

What should a landscaping website cost?

With Onelios, nothing right now: building it, publishing it, connecting your own domain and every tool, with no card and no trial that runs out. A small “Site by Onelios” line stays on the free site. The one thing you buy is the domain itself, from any registrar you choose, at that registrar's price.

If paid plans ever arrive, owners are told first, and the rule is already written into the code: a business published before that day keeps its public website, with no subscription, for as long as its owner wants it. What is limited rather than free today: the dashboard assistant — you type a job in plain words, “set our hours to 8 to 6”, “add a page about patios”, and it does it step by step — takes two requests a day, and one account holds up to five websites.

What other landscaping website builders charge, each read on its own page on September 28, 2026. Zarla's landscaping page offers to build your free landscaping website, and building and previewing are free, but publishing it live starts on Premium: $10.99 a month on a 36-month plan paid up front ($395.64), against a regular price of $29 a month. Webtricity, a lawn care and landscape website builder, is $49 a month if you build the site yourself, or a $599 setup fee plus $49 a month for its designers to build it, with the first month for $1. Wix says creating a site is free and that a Premium plan is what connects your own domain and removes Wix branding. Jobber, which also runs quotes, scheduling and invoicing, includes its website builder with every plan at no additional cost; its Core plan is $49 a month on monthly billing, with no commitment.

For the wider range, Jobber's own guide to landscaping websites, updated January 20, 2026, estimates about $60 a year for a website builder plan, $614 to $1,817 for a developer and $5,000 to $20,000 for a web agency. Those are Jobber's estimates rather than list prices. If you do have money to spend, spend it on getting the work photographed before you spend it on design.

Will my landscaping website show up on Google?

Only on a domain you own. The free Onelios address is deliberately kept out of Google search, while a site on your own domain can be listed, and connecting one is free. Onelios never measures a search position and will never tell you one moved, because it does not look.

Do not count on the website alone. A Google Business Profile — the map pin, the photos, the reviews — is free to create, and BrightLocal's 2026 consumer survey found Google still far ahead of every other site people use for reviews of local businesses, though its share fell from 83% in 2025 to 71%. In our view, claiming the profile and filling it in properly is the highest-value hour you will spend. Onelios does not post to it; that is not built. The Monday email names the one thing worth posting by hand that week: a review you have just collected, a photo you have just added, or a page you have just published.

The site is where the deciding happens. In the same survey of 1,002 US adults, 54% visit a business's own website after reading positive reviews, up from 32% when BrightLocal last asked in 2019. Yet in BrightLocal's 2025 survey of 778 US small and medium business owners and managers, only 40% said they have a dedicated website.

One warning about a number you may meet elsewhere: a percentage for how much reviews count toward ranking on Google. Google's own guide to local ranking gives none. It names relevance, distance and prominence, and says more reviews and positive ratings can help. Whitespark's Local Search Ranking Factors does print weightings, and they are opinions: for its 2026 edition it invited 47 local search experts to score ranking factors and estimate how much weight Google gives each group of signals, and it states that none of the experts have special access to the internal workings of Google's local search algorithm.

What does Onelios not do for a landscaping business?

It does not price work, invoice, take payment, plan routes, schedule crews or send text messages. It does not post to Google, Facebook or Instagram, reply to reviews, or track where you rank. Bookings do not repeat. There is no logo to upload. And there is one login per business: no separate accounts for your staff.

Pricing, since it is asked most: there is a free calculator that works a job price out of your own hourly rate, hours, materials, overhead and the margin you want, but it runs in your browser, is not joined to your website, knows nothing about square footage, and sends nothing to a customer. The invoice, estimate and receipt templates are printable pieces of paper rather than a system.

Your site carries your business name with your initials or a simple mark; there is no logo file to upload. If you run three trucks, keep whatever you use for routes and timesheets — Onelios is the front of the business, not the running of the crews. If you get stuck, the help page and the contact form are on this site.

Yours to do, and none of it long: photograph the job before you unload and after you pack up, press send on the review request while the customer is still pleased, answer what is in the inbox, and confirm the times people asked for. The Monday email says the same about itself — the numbers cover only what came through your website, and phone calls, texts and the people who stop you at the gate are not in them.

Common questions

Is there a free website builder for a landscaping business?

Onelios is free right now: building, publishing, connecting your own domain and every tool, with no card and no trial that runs out. A small “Site by Onelios” line stays on the free site. The only thing you buy is the domain, from any registrar, at its price. Zarla's landscaping builder is free to build and preview as well, but publishing starts on its Premium plan, from $10.99 a month on a 36-month plan paid up front (read September 28, 2026).

How do I make a landscaping website?

Enter your business name, trade and city, and optionally describe your services, audience and tone in the website brief. Review the generated draft on desktop and mobile before publishing. A past 6.8-second generation test on September 11, 2026, did not measure review, publication, customer checks or domain setup; generation time varies.

How much does a landscaping website cost?

Nothing with Onelios right now. On each vendor's own page on September 28, 2026: Webtricity $49 a month, or $599 plus $49 a month to build it for you; Zarla free to preview, with publishing from $10.99 a month on a 36-month plan or $29 a month at its regular price; Jobber's Core plan, which includes its website builder, $49 a month billed monthly. Jobber's guide estimates $614–$1,817 for a developer and $5,000–$20,000 for an agency.

Will my landscaping website show up on Google?

Only on a domain you own. The free Onelios address is deliberately kept out of Google search, a site on your own domain can be listed, and connecting one is free. Onelios does not measure search positions. The thing usually found first is your free Google Business Profile, which stays yours to run.

Can customers book a landscaping job online?

Customers can request a time from your saved availability. That start is held and the request is saved in your inbox; email notification is attempted. Check job scope and other commitments before confirming. You can initiate an email confirmation for an email contact, or contact a phone-only customer yourself. Outside-calendar conflicts are not checked.

Does it handle recurring maintenance visits?

Not as bookings: one appointment at a time, with no repeating weekly slot, so the recurring schedule itself stays on your calendar. What it does is keep every customer who booked or asked for a quote, write a maintenance page when you ask for one, and draft the email offering upkeep, sent only when you press send.

Does it handle seasonal demand?

It gives you the tools, not a calendar of its own. Ask for a seasonal page — leaf removal, spring cleanup, winter hedge work — and it is written, published and linked to your site. The email to last year's customers is drafted for you to read and send yourself. Nothing goes out on a timer.

Do I need design skills?

No coding or design skills are needed. Your details and optional brief guide wording within the existing layout. Ask for a specific copy or service change, such as “use warmer wording” or “put hedge cutting first”, then review the result. There is no logo upload — your site shows your initials or a simple mark. The photographs are what a customer really judges.

Can it quote a landscaping job by the square foot?

No. Nothing in Onelios produces a price. There is a free calculator that works from your own hourly rate, hours, materials, overhead and margin, but it runs in your browser, is not joined to your site, and never works by area. Invoicing and taking payment are not built either.

What happens to my photos and customer list if I leave?

Settings offers up to 12 free exports per website in 24 hours: static HTML and CSV/JSON data with gallery image links. Keep your original photos; photo files and working inquiry, booking and email services are not included. Check your export before deleting your account. A domain you own stays with its registrar.
