Start with the work you need done. Onelios combines a business website with inquiry capture, appointment requests and customer review collection. The owner still supplies accurate business details, checks the website and follows up with customers. A feature listed here may need setup or your approval before it can be used.
Page reviewed on . The feature lists are drawn from the product's capability register when this version of the site is built.
Check these limits before you start
| What you need | What you do in Onelios | Decide before relying on it |
|---|---|---|
| A website that explains your services | Give your details, check the generated services and claims, then publish. Follow the worked build-and-review guide. | The editor supports business details, wording, services and photos. It is not a way to create a custom application or an online shop with checkout. |
| A time a customer can request | Save one shared schedule and review each request before confirming. See the booking example and setup. | No external calendar sync, separate staff calendars, deposits or self-service cancellation. Keep a process for outside appointments and changes. |
| Feedback after a completed job | Verify your email, choose the customer and send a review request. | The review publishes on your website. Posting on Google is a separate customer action; there is no shared inbox for replying across review sites. |
| A website eligible for Google Search | Check your content, connect a domain you own and verify that it works. Follow the domain steps. | The free Onelios address is public but marked noindex. A custom domain can become eligible for indexing; it does not guarantee inclusion or rankings. |
Keep your existing process for work Onelios does not cover. Taking an inquiry is not the same as agreeing on a quote, collecting payment or completing a job. If a missing feature is essential to your business, resolve that requirement before moving the workflow here.
How we maintain this list
Both lists come from the same capability register used by the product. Automated checks flag specific unsupported phrases in selected parts of the site, alongside tests of product behavior. Those checks help catch mistakes; they do not prove that every sentence is accurate or that every service will always work. We also review the content against the implementation and correct discrepancies when we find them.
Working today
These are live. Where it's useful, we've said how you can check for yourself.
- Builds a complete, trade-specific website from three answers. Try a draft without an account at /start. Generation time varies. Review the wording and services, then publish using an email address you control.
- Writes and publishes new service pages to the live site. Ask for a new service page in plain English; it is written, published and linked from your other pages.
- Appointment requests within the availability you set. Set your days, hours, time zone and days off. Customers request an available slot in this schedule; you confirm it. External calendars are not checked.
- Saves quote requests in an inbox and attempts owner email notifications. Requests are saved in your leads inbox and an email notification is attempted. Check the inbox even if the email does not arrive. When the customer left an email address, reply to the alert email and your answer goes to them.
- Drafts and sends customer announcement emails. Announcements are drafted for you and sent only after you approve them.
- Emails customers a private link; they write the review, it publishes to the site. We email your customer a private link and they write the review themselves — you never type it for them. That is one of the two ways a review reaches your site.
- Publishes your reviews — customer-written or owner-entered — with rating structured data. Reviews reach your site two ways: a customer writes one from the private link we email them, or you add a review a customer already gave you elsewhere. We do not mark which is which, so treat every review on your site as one you can stand behind. Either way the rating markup search engines read is added, and only once you genuinely have reviews.
- Photo uploads on the published site. Upload photos of finished work from your phone; they appear on your site.
- An assistant in the dashboard that does the work you describe: changes the site, adds pages, sets hours and days off, updates leads, and drafts customer email for your approval. Sign in and press “Ask Onelios AI” (or ⌘/) on any dashboard screen, then type what you want. Each step shows as it happens; emails to customers, removals and changes to your details wait for your OK.
- Editing the site after launch. Change the words, services, details and photos of your live site from one screen; the change is live within seconds.
- Custom domain with real DNS verification. We check your DNS records really resolve before switching your site over. No green tick until they do.
- Monday report: what came in, what was done, and what to do next. One email each Monday: what happened, what we did, and the one thing that needs you.
- On-site local SEO: structured data, internal links, service pages for your city. View the source of your site — the structured data and internal links are there.
- Honest results ledger — what arrived, what we did, and what we cannot measure. Open Results in your dashboard. It shows what came in, what we did, and what we cannot measure.
- Export static website HTML and customer data as CSV/JSON. One button in Settings, with up to 12 free exports per website in 24 hours. Includes static HTML and CSV/JSON data with gallery links; photo files and working forms, booking and email services are not included.
- A sitemap for a live website on a verified custom domain. After your own domain is connected and verified, open /sitemap.xml on that domain to see your live homepage and published service pages. Free Onelios addresses remain noindex and their pages are not listed. A sitemap does not guarantee indexing.
Not available today
Some items need more development or external approval, and some may never be built. This is a statement of current limits, not a commitment to a delivery date. Choose Onelios for the features available now.
- Sending SMS to customers. No SMS provider is connected. Nothing in the product can send a text message.
- Creating and sending invoices. We publish free printable invoice templates, but the product does not create or send invoices.
- Building and sending proposals. Not built.
- Multiple user accounts per business. Not built — one login per business today.
- White label and client sites. Not built.
- Client approval workflow. Not built.
- A public API for customers. Not built. The only API routes we have are our own internal ones.
- Posting and updating the owner's Google Business Profile. Built and waiting on Google. These APIs need approval from Google before any call works, and we do not have it yet. Until then your Monday report tells you exactly what to post by hand.
- Publishing new pages on a schedule, without being asked. Pages are written and published when you ask for one, and your dashboard suggests the next one worth having. Nothing is ever added to your site on a schedule or without you.
- Automatically replying to the customer who sent a quote request. Quote requests are saved in your inbox and an owner email notification is attempted. Onelios does not automatically reply to the customer; check the inbox and follow up yourself even if a notification is missing.
- Sending customer emails on a schedule. Customer emails are drafted for you and sent when you send them. Nothing goes out to your customers on a timer.
- Surveying other firms in the owner's trade and area. Not something Onelios does. Your site is written from your own answers — the name, trade, city, services and goals you typed. Nobody and nothing looks at other firms in your area.
- Writing and posting replies to reviews. Blocked behind the same Google approval as above — replies live on Google, not on our site.
- Publishing to Facebook and Instagram. No Facebook or Instagram connection exists.
- Tracking the business's local search rankings over time. We build pages properly, but we do not measure search positions, so we will never tell you one moved.
- Running a whole multi-step plan on its own in the background, without the owner asking for each part. The assistant carries out what you ask, several steps at a time, while you watch. A whole plan running on its own in the background, without you asking for each part, is not built.
